So another week is with us and it’s yet another depressing release for WiiWare – Planet Fish for 500 Points. As if you hadn’t had your fill of this sort of thing with MyAquarium…
So it seems that WiiWare is either dead or, at the very least, dying a very slow and painful death with Virtual Console and DSiWare doing a better job of keeping things alive. Accordingly I won’t be concentrating on WiiWare much any more each week (unless anything decent turns up) – I will however be posting about any VC or DSiWare that’s worth looking at (hence the title change in the post from WiiWare Update to US Nintendo update).
So without further ado… with today’s update to Virtual Console you can pick up the SNES version of Super Bonk for 800 Points. On DSIWare there’s Absolute Baseball and A Fairy Tale for 500 Points each, with the interesting RPG Anonymous Notes Chapter 1 — From the Abyss for 200 Points.
Not brilliant perhaps, but certainly better!
