Euro WiiWare Update: Mega Man 10 & BIT.TRIP.VOID

Thankfully Europeans haven’t had to wait too long after Mega Man 10′s debut in America earlier this week. The game is released today on WiiWare.

Mega Man 10 – 1000 Points

Fans of all ages can enjoy the newest entry in this historic 8-bit franchise. As a special service to new players, there’s an Easy Mode – a first for a Mega Man game.

This new feature means novices and longtime fans alike can all have a shot at making it to the end of a Mega Man game. Also, you can now play as Proto Man and try Time Attack Mode from the beginning, or watch play-through videos from players all over the world.

And it might have taken 3 months to get here, but there’s also:-

BIT.TRIP.VOID. – 600 Points

The third instalment in the retro-arcade BIT.TRIP saga is a synesthetic exploration of rhythm and music as they pertain to our everyday lives and moods.

With a control scheme that’s new to the series yet wholly familiar to gamers, players have complete freedom to move about the screen wherever they desire, interacting with the music in brand new ways. The classic game-play aesthetic remains as colour – and the absence of colour – are explored to the fullest.

Trip out in four-player co-op and get lost in the beat with a friend. See if you can survive the onslaught of Beats and further your own BIT.TRIP.

The Virtual Console is updated with the Arcade classic Zaxxon for 500 Points, while DSiWare gets Dark Void Zero, Pinball Pulse: The Ancients Beckon, Globulos Party, and Flips: The Bubonic Builders for 500 Points each. There’s also Real Football 2010 for 800 Points.
