We always like to support Indie development here at Console Arcade just as much as the bigger titles. And once again another game with shining potential has hit our radar.
Twin Blades: The Reaping Vanguard is coming from French developers Press Start Studio and is an Xbox Live Indie Games conversion of their popular iPhone title of the same name.
Twin Blades is a frantic shooter set in a medieval-fantasy zombie-filled universe boasting unique manga-stylized graphics. Players incarnate the cute scythe-waving nun with a mission to clear the city of all its undead inhabitants. To do so they will have to constantly juggle between the slashing ability of the nun and her arsenal of ranged weapons while dodging enemy zombies, rendering a unique and palpitating gameplay.
The game features:
- 6 range weapons ranging from machinegun to explosive nukes.
- Upgradable skills which can be bought and trained.
- 7 different kind of zombies, mind the grabbers!
- 5 cool music tracks and exclusive sound effects which will immerse you into the epic slaughter.
- A local Challenges & High-Scores system which keeps track of players’ progress
What more do you need for Christmas? Always remember though a zombie isn’t just for Christmas, a zombie is for life – especially with FREE DLC/updates promised from the studio for all you early zombie adopters.
