Today a reliable little birdy squawked us some info that Quake Arena Arcade for XBLA is out on PartnerNet, Microsoft’s secret and exclusive playground.
While the release itself isn’t too much of a secret thanks to a single teaser image arriving last month ( and in the process finally killing the rumours that the game was canned), our tipster did tell us that it was priced at just 800 Microsoft Points. This means it’s more than likely to be the final price whenever they decided to release it.
We know your next question will be to ask when you can expect it. Sadly your guess is as good as ours. But the fact that the game has been put out for a semi-public stress test / release means that it might be coming soon. With talk of 40 maps and up to 16 players there’s lots for Quake fans to get excited about.
