(US) 1 vs 100 open to Silver members this weekend

Microsoft has offered Silver members the chance to join in the 1 vs 100 beta this weekend, with the game available to all between Friday 26th and Sunday 28th of June.

The offer is available in the United States only as that’s where the beta is available right now, but being open to silver members means that setting up a US registered GamerTag will allow you in on the action.

Xbox.com has this to say about 1 vs 100:

This completely exclusive, totally interactive television quiz show game gives gamers the chance to compete against each other by answering trivia questions to have the chance to win some amazing prizes.

If you’re chosen as “The One”, your goal is to eliminate all the opposition by correctly answering questions, hoping that the opponents will slip up and be eliminated from the game.

Could you be “the One”?

Are they doing this out of the goodness of their hearts, or are they simply showing silver members what they’re missing to get them upgrading? You decide (note: not a very hard decision.) You’ll certainly want to go Gold when you’ve played!

Still no word on when the beta/full game will be opening in Europe.
