Final Fantasy IV: The After Years is a 9 part episodic game coming onto Nintendo’s WiiWare service – and part 1 is due this coming June 1st. The game includes both single and multiplayer modes, and Wii users will be able to explore the world of Final Fantasy IV with up to three friends – coordinating commands into single attacks with the new Band System.
The New Moon battle system also reflects the games four phases of the moon. Each moon phase alters the physical and magical attacks powers for both player characters and enemies, forcing them to change battle strategies with every new moon phase. Pricing for the episodes are TBA at the moment, although expect an announcement very soon regarding Episode 1.
