In what is possibly one of the worst kept secrets ever, Capcom have finally made it official that Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is coming to the PSN and XBLA.
The beloved fighter will be coming “this summer” and has already been priced at 1200 Microsoft Points / $14.99 (approx £10.99). While it’s good to see the game is coming and fans will be undoubtedly be thrilled, it’s hard not to be more than a little disappointed with that hefty price point seeing as the game hasn’t gotten a full HD makeover ala last years Super Street Fighter II Turbo release. However the game will feature three modes (classic, smooth and crisp) which means do as their names suggest when it comes to slightly fiddling with the visuals.
A demo is also confirmed for the US PSN this week, but as yet there’s been no mention of one for other regions / XBLA. In the meantime here’s the trailer to get your proverbial juices flowing.
