Colour us unsurprised but it’s been revealed that the XLBA / PSN version of Fire Pro HD was nothing but a load of made up Internet guff.
As we highlighed last week when reporting the rumour, it sounded too good to be true and the way in which the story broke was far too fishy and unconventional to make much sense. The reveal that it’s a massive fake was done by the very same person who posted the story on fan site FireClubPro.com – a fan site who’s user base is probably going to diminish rapidly after this sort of stunt.
No doubt there are countless wounded fans all over the Internet right now, but you can’t say that we didn’t try and warn you. Who knows, perhaps the makers of Fire Pro saw the reaction and got to thinking… and maybe this week your numbers will come up on the lottery…
